At our December 11th meeting we will be having a potluck get-together.

I would like to personally invite any members of Bayport & Coronation and their significant others that wish to join us.

Things will get started at 630pm

Please bring something to share nothing fancy finger foods, deserts, cookies, anything quick and easy, there are ovens in the kitchen for warming up any appetizers that need it.

I will take care of paper plates and plastic cutlery and drinks. And will try to be at the lodge for 6pm in order to get the door open and such.

We will need to slip away at 730pm and have a quick meeting just to get our business out of the way.

I see no reason to be formal for this please come in a casual type attire for the evening.

Looking forward to seeing all of you before we go on our winter break.
