Brethren,

Although the Warden's Association is doing the degree next week, could we have a quick practice as we are doing a ballot and we need to bring in two waves of visitors (Masters of the Districts, Members of Masonic Association, Members of the Warden's Association and general visitors and the the 2 new DDGM's from Georgian North and South along with present and past Grand Lodge officers)

This will be the first outing for any new Grand Lodge officer so we might get more present people than normal.  It will also be Fred first visit to our Lodge as DDGM.

If we can start at 7:30 sharp and get our stuff out of the way you can leave as the Warden's Association wants to practice when we are finished.
